This park is the first garden park constructed in the French style in Japan, established in 1914. Its elevation is 574-611 meters, realized that this park is constructed on a steep slope. It might be a little bit tough for some persons to walk through the entire park. One of the symbols is a huge Himalayan cedar standing in the center in this pic.
In early summer, surrounded by the great caldera of Hakone with brilliant fresh greens, highly recommend visiting and relaxing.

今月の箱根は強羅公園の眺め。
