What does transformation mean to you?For me it is the process forward from what was, into what is, toward what will be. Therapeutically speaking, transformation can be a person’s growth and development into a new, evolved version of:➡️personal identity & authentic self➡️collective movement in a society, culture, or system➡️adapted beliefs, values, patterns ➡️new lens/perspective/outlookThink of it like:⭐️caterpillar —> butterfly⭐️tadpole —> frog⭐️reactive person —> conscious personTransformation often completely reshapes what I thought I understood, and it is pretty much always non-linear and unpredictable. This image was taken at an interactive digital art museum in Tokyo, Japan called teamlab_borderless that blew my mind and moved me to tears.
