teamLab Borderless in Odaiba, Japan was recently recognized by Guinness World Records as the world's most visited museum dedicated to a single group or artist! On our trip to this remarkable digital art museum in 2019, my favorite part was the En Tea House, where digital flowers bloom inside your teacup while you sip on authentic Japanese tea. I could have sat in this room for hours. Time sure flies by quickly in a blink of an eye. I can't believe that it is already 4 years since I have been living in Japan on my own. Taking the leap of faith years back in 2017 to take on the journey + adventure in another country by myself. When I looked back over these years here in Japan, I realized that I have experienced a lot of different things… including teaching in different types of schools in Japan and of course different age groups too in English. As well as taking the time to be familiar with many different things too.One of the benefits I gained here is the opportunity to explore different parts of Japan with my best friends or on my own too. These experiences and memories I will definitely hold dearly to my heart. On the flip side though, not everything is going smoothly all the time for me. I had my ups & downs – periods of struggles in life: whether it be with work, finances, relationships or inner thought battles that I don't tend to share with everyone. Anyways…
