Less bitter, more glitter! ✨ I miss museums and galleries but am really grateful that I got to visit so many before the pandemic went down. We do have a relatively new one here that opened late last year (it’s not 100% completed yet but it looks pretty cool already). Are museums open where you are? I have a growing bucket list to visit all over the world, I hope one day I can get round to making it a reality but for now I’m also content to daydream about all the ones to discover and reminisce about ones experienced. Amid a background dotted with white cherry blossoms, an abstract, earthy mass floats at the centre of this four-channel digital installation. Appearing like a surreal landscape, the mass slowly turns and expands as if it were alive. Thick white circular strokes hover above the mass, resembling wind.As the video zooms into a close-up view of the mass, one discovers black ant-like creatures moving quickly across a complex environment, revealing evidence of life and sustenance.
