Heading into my last trimester of uni everrr this week while writing lots more fun articles for @keikeitravels I’ve been prioritising sleep & my health to prep for this last load of deadlines since it’s the most crucial time for me.When everything is so busy and hectic, take a step back and prioritise the basics of sleep, diet & exercise. These are things only you have control over and this will give you the energy to tackle the bigger challenges. I’ve already seen a huge difference in just a few days of making it a priority – (more on the importance of sleep with my own tips coming soon xx)Main thing getting me through is the hope to travel to places like this some time soon!
