Things I’ve learnt in the past 5 weeks of this lockdown:-it’s okay to feel grief and loss for our way of life before all of this -it’s okay to be emotional and confused of what the future holds-it’s okay to be frustrated or even scared-it’s okay to have down days where you lack motivation, don’t feel like getting out of bed, miss your friends and physical touchIt’s okay to feel all of the negative emotions that this crisis has brought but…-it’s also okay to smile-It’s okay to be happy about being able to catch a breath-It’s okay to push yourself to do everything you have been putting off-It’s okay to take this time to work on yourself and your passionWith whatever you are feeling, it’s okay. Most of us have never experienced anything like this and every emotion is valid.
